The Warriors’ Hockey team had a victorious season, winning 12 straight games and ending the regular season with a 16-4 record. Despite the injuries to two key players, Adam Wolfman and Chris Ludwig, the team maintained their momentum throughout the season. Mike Shulof, Ethan Rice and Bill Lenich scored over 100 points for the second year in a row, this is a rare accomplishment in ice hockey. Mike Woods, Chris Kenney, Brian Marchellos, Josh Rappaport and Matt Hudson were outstanding on defense. Shannon Levenherz and Chad Hogdon fill out the starting lineup. The team entered the FCIAC tournament for the first time in a number of years but lost 4-1 Darien. Entering the State as the first seed in Division II, the Warriors all wore #18 in honor of Chris Ludwig, in hopes for his speedy recovery. This is the first time the Wilton Ice Hockey team has had such an outstanding season. Captain Adam Wolfman will be the only player not returning next season.
